Mhairi Walker

Mhairi Walker

Mhairi Walker recently took over the running of the business from Lauren Stevens who started it all in August 2008. Her idea was simple: to get people outdoors exploring, having fun and feeling safe at the same time.

Mhairi shares that passion  having set up a 60 place forest school nursery, Croft Corner Forest School Nursery in Sheffield. Mhairi is also an Early Years Teacher.

Since becoming a Forest School Practitioner, Mhairi has run Forest School projects with a wide variety of groups and ages and strives to maintain the highest standards of practice. Mhairi will now continue to develop the popular Wild Wood Activities Forest School Level 3 and Level 2 Awards (accredited by NCFE).
